The app functionality is excellent and user-friendly. However, I suggest introducing a PIN/passcode login option alongside the current password and biometric login methods. While biometric login is convenient, it occasionally fails, and relying solely on a password makes logging in somewhat cumbersome. Adding a PIN lock option would provide an easier alternative and enhance the overall user experience. I hope this feature will be considered for the next app update. Thank you!

The app is easy to use and great for utility bill payments with monthly discounts. However, notifications haven’t worked for two months, and I miss out on promotions. Customer service suggested reinstalling the app without updates, but it still installs the latest version, which has a bug. Please fix this issue, as it affects the overall experience. Once resolved, it’ll be a fantastic app.

I have terrible experience with solo app. I can never log in. I have tried and even the agents at the supermarket who promote the app have tried but the issue still exists. Not happy at all. Other services by HNB are very satisfactory, not Solo app.

Best App TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. Always get stuck at the time of the transaction. Useless help line where they don't give any support to sort out the issue occurred due to malfunctioning of their app. And the customer service ask us to sort it out with the merchant.
