This app is a stellar improvement over the official SF 311 app. It makes reporting as easy as snapping a photo and choosing what kind of problem you're reporting. Then it keeps track of your reports and notifies you when there is a resolution. I can reliably report in 15s what used to take 1-2 m. Huge win for government accountability!

I love this app! It makes solving issues in San Francisco superfast and easy. See some trash or graffiti? Take a picture, hit submit, and the city will come fix it!

I've tried it I'm not too big on it. It's just a clearing house, and they send the information to the department they think fits the situation. You can give it a try see what time it is I'm not that big on it it's more of just a complaint mechanism for yourself the actual results are to be revealed or not revealed, frankly it's not worth my time.
