As a sonesta employee I have to use the app to get my employee rate. I have used it several times with no problem Until today. App NOT WORKING, and I'm not able to book with my employee rate or without it Please fix soon

We have been here for 2 months and I would recommend this property to anyone. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have had a great time swimming at the pool, and they have a nice basketball court as well. The Annapolis location is pet friendly and the staff loves all over our sweet dog. Anytime I have had a problem or a question, the GM Candice has been very visible and has resolved any questions we had very quickly. The breakfast is amazing as well.

My husband and I have been staying here for over a year and we ❤️ the staff and all the amenities, especially the buffet breakfast!! We would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Best stay ever and the bedding 😁

Saving credit card information on the app would be nice, so I don't have to enter it every time. Otherwise every Sonesta I've stayed in so far have been great hotels for a great price!

Let me say that Sonesta has made me so horrified in Tucson Arizona. Both locations' management were horrible customer service. Never in my life have I had the worst customer service at both location. Marie the manager at the Speedway and kold location is by far unprofessional and makes up lies, and I even tried to get someone above Marie to talk to, and she was the only person. Now that I don't believe. I've tried to get in touch with someone in corporate but no luck. I have a serious concerns

Almost none of their hotels accept points. So what is the point in giving out points? Seriously I have found zero Sonesta hotels that accept the points.

Well I came here a week ago been paying daily until today when Rebecca came to my room 241 and accused me of smoking Marijuana in my room, so I called the police because she told me I had to get out so to have a witness I had the police come into my room there was no Marijuana smell or smoke in my room so then Rebecca went on to say well I recorded your room and your the reason why we get roaches and sent the recording to her manager, and she put us out I was falsely accused.

Pretty uneventful app that offers nothing except a smaller screen. You should NEVER book directly through Sonesta anyway ss their rates are higher than most major web bookers and their customer service is awful.
