I have been a part of song chasers for a while and the last few months I cannot access the app or the website. I tried to cancel my subscription but since I cannot access it, they will not let me. I have tried to reach out and have not gotten any response. It's irritating they are still charging me and I cannot cancel, or even use the features itself

Overpriced monthly membership for what it delivers $49 is way too much. I tried the 14-day free trial & paid to extend it to a full 30 days. App is like a glorified Facebook group and really doesn't deliver that much. As a paying customer, I didn't feel like a priority & lot of the top people were away at a music writing retreat so some of the weekly things on it they were cancelled. I submitted a song for the demo contest & they promised everyone a review of thier song & that never happened.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
