I used the app successfully on my Windows laptop for about 12 months. I am now unable to sync my library or to download songs from Ultimate Guitar. I keep getting "no connection" msg even though I have strong internet connection. Frustratingly, the Developer doesn't respond to emails asking for help. It was a great app, once!

I'm on the free trial for groups and while I enjoy the interface I won't be using this product anymore. There's been a server outage for about 24 hours at this point. Can't sync devices. Can't log in to the online portal. Unacceptable for using with a professional band. I wish I hadn't invested so much time into importing and editing my files for this app.

The worst app I've ever paid for. I paid $7.99 for this non-working app I want my money back. It will not allow me to put my own songs and keep showing up 'amazing Grace' which I didn't choose on my list and I can't get rid of it.
