I tried for the first time, and it worked well for me

Would be great if I could rely on it, but it's far too inconsistent in working. Too many basic functions just don't work half of the time. Most of the time when I press to transcribe, all I get is a spinning icon then a failure error. This should be a time saving app. Instead I'm wasting more time trying to get it to work 😡
