Description
Sophos Mobile is a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution that allows companies to easily manage, control and secure Android, iOS, macOS, Windows 10 and Chrome devices (like Chromebooks) from a single web console. The Sophos Mobile Control app allows you to enroll your device with Sophos Mobile. Your organization can then configure device policies, distribute apps and further secure your device.
IMPORTANT: This app will not function without the appropriate Sophos management console in place. Only install the app if advised by your organization.
Key features
• Report the device compliance status. • Trigger device synchronization with the Sophos Mobile management console. • Install apps from an Enterprise App Store. • Display all compliance violations. • Find the device when it’s lost or stolen. • Receive messages from the Sophos Mobile management console. • Display privacy and support information.
The app uses the Device Administrator permission.
The app can access the device’s location in the background to let your organization find the device when it’s lost or stolen. The app doesn’t routinely monitor or record your location.
Sophos Mobile supports the extended MDM management features of devices with Samsung Knox, LG GATE or SONY Enterprise API.

5 stars because you haven't failed me yet. But was but sad, have samsung knox blah blah. Had a scare months ago pretty serious malware/Wi-Fi stuff (It's why I found you) but, had hoped as from what I see in knox no administrative work/personal profile can be set up if one exist. That ID be able to just be my own company manager and everything 🤷🏻♂️ but guess you can't give everyone everything free.

what's going on I open app and qst thing it does is ask for some code then it wants me to register with a ULR or company something-or-other. All I wanted to is block some websites (lyft for one) to stop their annoying ads from popping up constantly.

Significant difficulty with Android 9. NHS trust that I work with tried enrolling me 4 times and faced multiple hurdles. Would appreciate if anyone from sophos team can contact me.

Has slowed my phone down dramatically. Has taken away cell phone service. I have a diminished signal since installing it. Constantly running in the background. Dropping calls constantly. Apps no longer work that we're working. It no longer connects to my Bluetooth through my car. Constantly have to restart my phone to make other apps work. I have the Google Pixel 6 pro
