I'm a bit skeptical because the results are almost always multilayer plastic, but the one time I really thought it was wrong I reached out and someone from Rid well confirmed the item was multilayer plastic. This removes the need to keep rereading the category descriptions (which sometimes contradict one another depending if it's on the site or the bag or an email). I am thankful they made it so easy.

Love this app for sorting the different plastics. I'm a little confused what the sort camera, lower left is for?? As someone said it is nice for a save feature for future reference.

Terrible concept! It uses AI to tell you whether plastic is multi-layer or film, which means you're doing the planet an injustice by using Sort well/Rid well. I'm cancelling my membership.

The app is great when it works. Now it appears to scan, then ERROR appears, try again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. I give up.

I want to be able to use a preexisting photo to sort. I took a picture before I recycled a bag. Please add the feature to be able to sort from an image.
