The app doesn't load YouTube on new devices, API 30. Tell the dev to look up "intent.resolve Activity returns null in API 30" on stack overflow and use "com.google.android.YouTube" for the package. I had this issue at my company as well. Google didn't even document it, so everyone just has to figure it out on their own. I will update the review to 5 starts when I'm able to use it.
