Terrible app. Biggest problem is that it is slow. When I open an auction and go to my favorite items I have to wait five seconds to load the favorite items. When I click one favorite item, again I have to wait 5 seconds for it to load. Going back ons step? Against, wait 5 seconds. My internet speed is perfect but this app is really rubbish. Makes it almost impossible to buy an item

An absolute disgrace to the name of Sothebys!! They are no longer the institution they once were but have become a purveyor misinformation, disrespect and fake low quality knockoffs. I have a collection of rare gem quality mineral specimens that I was hoping to auction with them that are worth well over a half million dollars and they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Very sad what they have become and I wouldn't even auction a bag of garbage with them and neither should anyone else.

Crashes all the time. When I try to view my bids, app freezes and crashes. Can't copy or send links to others.

The app wouldn't upload any ID. When I called to ask about this I was told the app had technical issues in regard to the ID upload, and to send the ID by email. I did this twice over an hour and received automated responses both times from Sotheby's, and yet when I called to ask about the ID being uploaded, was told my emails hadn't arrived. I couldn't bid without ID, and missed the entire Freddie Mercury auction I wanted to participate in. Incredibly poor for a supposedly elite auction house.
