This is a new service recommended by my friend during this lockdown. Ive placed the order unfortunately the product was out of stock due to the lockdown but the customer service called to arrange a better alternative for me and delivered very fast by Lalamove. Overall, satisfied with it. Cheers!

i ordered 5 days ago,my order never reach, called helpline never reach

Scam!! App is not user friendly, product list didn't update. After order, a rude customer service call and asking me what I order, I reply what??? You don't know what I've order?? He replied yes, the order form is too small I can't read. Product list didn't update, end up refund. But till now is been 3 days, I still didn't receive my refund. So please avoid this app!!!

Sucks...Money been deducted from my account but order status show cancelled.. There is no way i can get in touch with their customer service... All the contact number provided no one is answering the call... Really stupid app
★★☆☆☆
Pathetic, poor customer support and also order not delivered since 4 days, despite of being mentioned as half hour delivery.

Don't download this app, it uses the Web pages anyway. Plus it's buggy af, got my orders mixed up and sent it to the wrong address. They also didn't check with the merchant if their booze is still available (this is what the merchant told me) because he had to cancel my order due to no stock. Mind you they already taken my money but I didn't get a single drinks delivered to me.
