Super great app for working out. (Obviously) I do wish that the app would be a little more persistent with notifications for days that you start to feel lazy. I feel like if it notified you how many days you have skipped working out would be a good way to get around having a fixed time for working out every day. Other than that, the workout is simple and time efficient while giving pretty good results.

I have a rule about apps that are full of misspelled words. Delete, delete, delete. If they can't be troubled to verify their own words why should I trust their integrity. The first sign of a scam is when they have poor spelling and word misuse. I Uninstalled, but they were throughout the very first "get to know" section.
