My daughter used their website and started a subscription without my knowledge or consent. I have not used this app, but their customer service was very helpful and fast in refunding the subscription fee and cancelling it. She did get a result from her "free trial" thing so I suppose they did their job in that way also. Seems to be a legitimate service/company. whether it's her or my soulmate given that she used my credentials is yet to be determined lol

DON'T DO IT'S A SCAM THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU CANCEL THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU I CANCEL 4 TIMES AND WAS CHARGED 4 TIMES I WAS OUT OVER 89.00 DOLLAR AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY AND THEY DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL IT'S THE SAME THING SORRY YOUR UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE. I NEVER USED THE SERVICE EITHER

SCAM! I was interested in the sketch of your soulmate at a cheap rate. It seemed like a fun thing to do, but read the agreement! They put me on autopay without my consent for $30 per month, even though I deleted the app very quickly after downloaded. I have been trying to contact them to cancel this recurring payment and they won't get back to me. 🙃
