SoundCloud is better than YouTube music and Spotify, but I have three complaints, why do some songs require me to have SoundCloud Go+ and the ads are so annoying, I get you need money, but it's very annoying to users such as me

This app is genuinely barely usable, the subscription is far too expensive for half of my favorite songs to disappear overnight and become "unavailable in my region". The car play version is broken and laggy, and songs will occasionally skip to a random point when I'm listening to my playlists. Maybe it's just my phone model or something, but I have had it! I'll be switching to a competitor as soon as my subscription is up.

Unskippable ads upon opening? I don't think so. I'm fine with ads during use of an app, however just trying to navigate the very opening of the app on the bombarded with an unskippable ad. I recommend finding music on other platforms

Truly the worst music app. Absolutely 0 point in paying for it if you plan on listening to downloaded music offline or without service. 1/10 times it will actually play without issues, every other time it simply refuses, says it's not online and refuses to load (even if downloaded), randomly force closes or stops music in the middle of a song. SoundCloud will happily take your money and lie to your face about its capabilities. I will be requesting my money back, and I've been paying since 2017
