SoundPilot: Volume Control

SoundPilot is a smart volume control app for Android. It replaces the system volume panel with a cleaner one, remembers the right volume for every Bluetooth device and keeps sudden loud blasts away from your ears.

Headphones, earbuds, car stereo, speaker, wired or USB audio: each device gets its own volume. Tap Remember once and SoundPilot restores that level every time it connects, then puts your phone volume back when it disconnects.

SAFE VOLUME LIMIT
The volume limiter holds media at the maximum you set, whether the change comes from the buttons, a rule or another app. Pro adds a separate volume limit per device, so your earbuds can stay quieter than your car. The cap is a comfort setting, not a medical device.

SOUND PROFILES FOR EVERY MOMENT
Driving, Work, Sleep and Gaming profiles set every stream at once, and you can create your own sound profiles. With Do Not Disturb access, a profile can also switch ringer mode.

AUTO VOLUME WITH SIMPLE RULES
Let your volume change on its own. Each rule is a plain "when this, then that":
• When a device connects or disconnects
• When an app opens, such as music or navigation
• On a schedule, at the times and days you choose
• While charging, not charging or in Battery Saver
A rule can apply a profile, set a volume level, turn on the safe cap or restore the previous sound.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
SoundPilot uses the Accessibility Service API only to detect presses of the physical volume buttons, to show its own volume panel on top of other apps, and to see which app is in the foreground so your "App opens" rules can run. The foreground app is used on your device only and is never stored or sent anywhere. SoundPilot does not read your screen, the text you type or anything inside other apps. You can turn the service off any time in Settings > Accessibility; profiles and device memory keep working without it, but the custom panel will not appear.

• SoundPilot's volume control works with Android's own levels, within the normal 0-100% range.
• Android has no true per-app volume. App rules change your sound when an app opens and can restore it when it closes.
