The app keeps crashing every time I go to the card center my screen goes black and quits responding

This app is trash, ever since my bank merged with this company, and we had to switch to this app all it's ever done was crash when I tried to log in. I told them this recently and the teller helped me to get it to stop crashing for about two weeks. All of a sudden it's back to crashing when I try to log in, and it doesn't even need an update. Also, it doesn't autofill my login information even when I have remember me selected.

Decent app for checking my balances and such, but something needs to be done about where it shows available balance. I've had a couple of times when I've checked the home page, and it said $xx.00 was available, but then when I went to purchase something, I was told it says insufficient funds. Then I'd go check again and realize $xx.00 is "pending". Pending does NOT mean it's available and therefore should NOT SAY it is on the home page.
