Southwest has been my preferred airline, and I've used the app for years and never had issues until recently. When I search for flights all that is displayed is a blank white screen. Even after waiting several minutes, nothing loads. The back arrow does nothing. I need to book flights for upcoming travel but if the app is glitchy I will book with a different airline.

Southwest's system of needing the confirmation number for any action in the app is incredibly frustrating. If I am logged in SW should have all my flight info, no confirmation needed. Even more frustrating is clicking a link in an email which opens the app, which then needs the confirmation number, which is back in the email.

Takes three separate steps to get to my boarding pass. That ought to be the first screen that comes up when you open the app.
