My laptop screen ended up breaking. I've tried both Google remote desktop and Steam link, but apparently, Windows 11 really bugs out if you don't have a connected monitor. This solves that issue and performs better. Once I had gotten it set up, it had worked as a screen replacement nearly flawlessly. Even the client on Windows works so well that you could probably forget you're controlling a different pc.
