No issues with the installation or set up for me. Worked the first time. They are a few steps. Email verification and text message code verification. So far, I like the app. Clean and easy to use. Update. I had my wife install it, and she had issues. Then I realized the difference was that I started and after confirming the email I stopped and returned another day to finish it. So I had my wife do the same and it worked. It may need time to verify you.
