I got this for my 5-year-old a few days ago, and he's already learned to count to 20 and all of his colors without having to look at the app. I sent and paid the $4 for the full version because it's the best learning app he's had, and I've tried several. The only thing is its Spanish from Spain, and we're a mixed Puerto Rican household, but it's better to learn like that. Other apps are so expensive and don't teach you like this one at all. I love it.
