Edited: Once you add your credit card details you can only remove them by contacting the customer support. And no, the more efficient way would be to simply allow the users to remove their payment details on their own 🙏🏻

Really bad customer service! I ordered a bag about 3 hours prior to pickup time, and when I arrived, there was no bag waiting for me. When contacting the support I got a bad service, which is really shame as the purpose of this app is actually good. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't recommend this app to people who actually value their time.
