The app is a much more efficient way to check voicemail than the traditional method. The voice transcript is amusing, it's better than when it first launched but still has room for improvement. There are still a few quirks here and there, but mostly it's a solid experience.

Disappointed, I used to get a voice message and an email alert but since the changes, there is no voice message on my phone, and I am not always able to ring Spark, and sometimes I don't get the email either so my messages are lost...the is very bad for my customer service, and it's embarrassing. I have tried to activate the phone messaging several times, but I never get an activation code when I request one. Please Improve.
