I paid for the 1 GB, the Esim was on emergency calls only, it's not working, the data is just there, unused, I have emailed you guys for a refund, for 4 days now, no response, your services look shady to me. I need my refund. And my data roaming is active, do not say it wasn't opened, I paid $3.30, and another $0.57 was charged to my card claiming its FX charges, now you are taking $2 from my refund? You refunded me $1.38, your company is not genuine. Charging $2 out of $3, that's criminal bro.

Very bad experience, I bought 4 times (Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, Greece) First 2 countries worked ok but slow, second 2 disaster, Germany-0 Greece at the moment- 0 (lucky I have Wi-Fi in the resort) Last time I am buying from sparks,

The esim never worked. Only for emergency calls. Money gone. And no service. I have turned the data roaming on and did everything by their instructions. I have even deleted and reinstalled the e-sim again. Data won't be available. So don't be fooled

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
