I have used Sparks esim twice - once in Sicily and once in the USA. I just bought it again for Costa Rica. It's as easy to use as other esim's but the service is excellent, quick and friendly. It's also nice that the plans are long, and you don't have to fret about the number of days. The price for 60 days is the same or lower than other companies for much fewer days than that. They know most people one to three weeks and just abandon the rest. But they also let you transfer the esim to a friend.

The esim never worked. Only for emergency calls. Money gone. And no service. I have turned the data roaming on and did everything by their instructions. I have even deleted and reinstalled the e-sim again. Data won't be available. So don't be fooled

No stars at all (if possible) As a traveler you need internet all the time but in Greece this summer was impossible to have it, just not working. I went through the settings several time but nothing, just small "drops" of kb. ps. not a new user

I paid for the 1 GB, the Esim was on emergency calls only, it's not working, the data is just there, unused, I have emailed you guys for a refund, for 4 days now, no response, your services look shady to me. I need my refund. And my data roaming is active, do not say it wasn't opened, I paid $3.30, and another $0.57 was charged to my card claiming its FX charges, now you are taking $2 from my refund? You refunded me $1.38, your company is not genuine. Charging $2 out of $3, that's criminal bro.

Unlike other esims, this one expires after PURCHASE, not after first USE. So mine expires just before my trip. Paid for nothing. Support was of no help. I recommend Jetpack instead.
