Was stuck in a loop trying to locate a gym.

The app is unintuitive. Every gym you have to make a new account. In multi gyms option, the promotions are not shown across all the gyms. Can't remove credit card once entered, inconvenient when you want to end membership/ subscription. No customer service contact. Tried FB, slow replies.
