The teachers are really very supportive and helpful they encourage us and explain all the subjects in detail. The teachers, technical support, all clear doubts about study or online errors. It is a good experience to study and be a student of SPC classes.

Faculty is good. But staff support is pathetic. The app also doesn't work properly. I purchased a Fastback batch from them, and they gave me access for a regular batch. I tried to contact them, but they didn't resolve my issue. Now I have my exams after 1.5 months how can I watch classes of 4-5 months in 1 month. Technical team isn't ready to solve the issue and denied to refund also. I had purchased classes from other online teachers too but never had this much bad experience.

Faculty is fine but overall experience is worse. Purchased Regular batch for law&maths- got law&acc. this issue got resolve after 24hrs The application interface is poor. I was unable to access my law test 6 : called Multiple times : always got the answer that they will update it in a while-got my test 6 after 9 days! I've purchased platinum batch for regular classes... access of exam oriented batch is a feature. I didn't get it till date. Few mentorship session while they said once a week.

My experience with SPC was very disappointing. I have no complaints about the faculties they teach well. But the management, technical support, and paper checking system are extremely poor. Technical issues are frequent, support is frustrating, and paper checking is too unsatisfactory. Before admission, many promises were made, but the actual experience was totally different. Choosing SPC was my mistake. I hope the management improves its services instead of making promise they can't fulfill.
