Great customer service from the experts 👏 at Arrogate Concept Store. My charger developed a fault on a pretty brand-new bike (bought elsewhere) and Charles at Arrogate Concept Store quickly diagnosed the issue, and I was issued a new charger under warranty in a matter of minutes, an excellent experience. Unfortunately I had to get a new phone and the app on my new phone won't connect to either of my SL bikes. I can no longer tune the bikes or accurately check battery status. Watch out if you have an Oppo phone. My last Oppo connected but didn't record, but I could live with that, the new one won't connect. Very frustrating. I am in touch with the specialized care team, no luck so far. There is no way to tell if your phone will work with the app before you buy.

Since you are discontinuing the Ride app, please add support for your Angi bike helmets to this app. I'm a woman who often rides alone, and I use Angi for safety.

2026 May: Again a very poor showing by specialized. Shutting down the Ride app by the end of June 2026, forcing users to transition to this... I only use the Ride app for my Angi sensor as a safety device. However, it's not supported on the specialized app & I cannot add any bike but a specialized which I do not own anymore, no other gear is supported either! So essentially they have created an app for only specialized bikes that's removed the safety aspect. Very, very sad day for cycling.

Battery use through the roof on thw update. 40% of my phone battery in 1h40m ride. It was never that bad.
