I'm studying, and I hate reading. This app does it for me without any additional cost like other apps that charge you by the number of words that you use. This app uses a pretty basic voice. It doesn't sound like it's a real person reading the text out to you, but I don't really care. It's the best app that I've found. I've been using this for about a month now, and I haven't come across any bugs.

Very good overall, but: - Mp3 export only has a few voice options (if there was a little explanation for others being too expensive etc. I'd be happy) - Using custom installed tts voices: the default choice reverts to random unless I multiselect 2 voices - Seems like not possible to adjust pause times after period, I would like less stops - Pocket sync button seems to do nothing (?) - Playing audio in the background is inconsistent and fiddly

Appears good at first, but voice selection is complicated, and you can't see/hear which voice will be used to export audio. Sync via 'Pocket' ... is a bit of a con - after going to the trouble of syncing one device with Pocket and believing that the others will sync as well once you set them up, you are asked to pay. Would be good to make it clear from the outset that it's a premium feature. I would probably pay if that included the Windows app as well and syncing was more robust.

Premium version of App has issues at the beginning of every sentence. It repeats the first word twice before reading the remaining words in the sentence. Issue makes listen to audio at times very annoying especially for technical material.

Pretty awful. It can't even read a Reddit sub. Reads the posts but can't handle the comments at all. It only lets you read 2 PAGES for free. If you open something, see it messed it up and isn't readable, and close it, it counts as one of your reads. So you literally can't read anything! I've had the App a week and managed to get it to read a total of one news article. That's it. Useless! EDIT to response: actually "Audify read aloud" DOES. (Doesn't have good voices so tried this). Ego, much?
