UPDATE: After reading my review the customer service team reached out to me and actually went to extra efforts to fix the situation. They refunded me and followed up. I think the app works well and will improve as the company grows. The Taxi drivers on here are total cheaters. It's supposed to be 1500 LEK from the airport to the city center. The driver charged me 2700 LEK and then when I tried to contact customer service the driver told them I only gave them 1700 LEK. He lied to them.

I asked a taxi 1 hour before to be in the point where I was exactly at 16.20 ... after 10 min still no one here and from the center didn't even call to inform me that they will be late ...
