Description
Speedcam Anywhere turns your smartphone or tablet into a portable speed camera. Simply install the app, stand in a safe place at the side of the road and point your camera at a passing vehicle and tap to capture a short video, which will be analysed to accurately calculate its speed.
Your videos will be uploaded to our servers and analysed using AI to create a full and accurate report that will be emailed to you. Your report will include where and when the video was taken, the speed of the vehicle and the speed limit of the road it was driving on. It will also include details of the effect of the speed on air quality, stopping distances and pedestrian fatalities.

So far so good I live in a 20mph zone and rarely do drivers go 20 or below. Captured a few basics with the test credits and 1 with pro (How long does the Pro report take? The guy was estimated at 40 odd mph but still showing estimated an hour later) Not sure the police officer was too happy when I showed him his car estimated at 24mph, and he was braking. Ordered the 1000 credits so will continue to test. Great app so far

Only 30 credits??? Even when you finish them, you can only buy a package of them for £15! Pointless service, if you only get 30 tries in total, because I am not spending that much on an app that doesn't always work.

Idea is ok. But constant pay for trying to make roads safer? That's sick. 100 snaps for £15. And result is not guaranteed to be accurate as it's not certified and speed is estimated based on surrounding objects and perspective. You spend your time to catch speeding drivers, you get results allowing Police to issue only warning letter, and you're being asked to pay for life for every driver caught. That's not the way I'm going. I can pay for pro version once or reasonable annual fee, not credits.

Stuck on Queued and Preparing App is unusable for me. Set up my account, did the verification, started to use the app, but now it says I have 10 tokens left, and currently it is stuck showing all images taken (14 of them), except the 1st one, as Queued or Preparing. Been like this for several hours. I will give it a few more hours than it will be uninstalled. Glad I didn't buy the 1000 credits for £15. Update, 24 hours later and still stuck on Uploading. Uninstalled.

Don't waste your time, doesn't work and an attempt to cynically erode personal freedoms and monetize to line their own pockets at tge public expense, this app should be taken down, and the authors cancelled and blocked from any app store.

Rubbish. When it works (WHEN) the speed it states is way out. We drove our car past 6 times at 25mph & each time it returned speeds varying from 17mph to 36mph. Not once did it say a speed between 22mph & 28mph. I can estimate a cars speed more accurately than this app. Garbage with big claims it can't even dream of delivering
