The apps are functioning. However, the customer service or the so-called middle man (called Alicia) in each of conversation with the owner has been very rude and really annoying.

Speed home main purpose is to scam users. If the tenant didn't pay rent, as an owner we have to make a police report and go through so many procedures even after signing up the packages offered by speed home which clearly states speed home will pay back. Too much hustle as a landlord which speed home is supposed to ease our issues. Never choose this platform. Customer service is super bad and arrogant!

The speed home is a good app, good service, secure tenant. But after sometime, they charged the owner in the middle of the agreement. The charge is considered high. The service also drops, satisfaction drops. Who is the winner? Customer/tenant. Homeowner? Hurmm... owner will need to bear all the cost, no deposit, insurance rm3k++, extra transaction fee. Damage also bear by owner, cannot claim full. Opted for traditional method is good, take 2 month depo, no insurance, direct owner-tenant.
