MANAGER CAREER
You get a club, a budget and a squad — the rest is yours. Name the team for the match, run it heat by heat or let it play out, and make substitutions when the plan falls apart. Afterwards it is back to the desk: transfers, sponsors, training, building the stadium and bills that will not pay themselves.
• 24 clubs across three divisions • 14 regular-season rounds, then playoffs, play-downs and relegation deciders • Promotion, relegation and a trophy cabinet that fills up • The real match format: 15 heats, seven riders, compulsory junior heats and a tactical reserve • Winter and mid-season transfer windows, plus loans • Sponsors with conditions to meet — league position, leader's average • The stadium: four kinds of stand, expansion, upkeep every round • Ticket prices and match promotion decide how many fans turn up • A junior academy: intake, scouting, the licence exam • Training facilities, a physiotherapist, bike servicing • A night out, a meeting with the fans or a camp when morale drops
RIDER CAREER
You start as a junior at a small club with one aim: reach the top. You ride every one of your own heats, earn per point scored and spend it on training. A good season brings offers from better clubs. A bad one brings the bench.

A WORLD THAT MOVES
AI clubs train their riders and trade between seasons. Riders age: the young improve, veterans fade, juniors grow into seniors. The table looks different every year, because you are not the only one working.
