I have looked for a spelling app to help me spell better. First it says words clearly. And two it spells the word if missed, so we know. And I can work on the same level till I spell them all correct. I am not into games at all. But this is an adult level that I can take my time at to sound it out. I absolutely I'm hooked, and I'll keep using it to help me better myself. Thank you do much.

This app is useful but I do have few complaints. Firstly, some of the words are very obscure such as aqueous, a word which, as a native speaker, I have never used in my life and probably never will. I would rather that they focused on common words. Secondy they teach some obsolete spellings, such as practice and racquet, both of which are no longer used in normal life. I am using the British English setting and as a British man I can assure you that these are not normal spellings.

App wouldn't allow me to play unless I consented to ALL 3rd party advertising permissions. I get that free apps rely on advertising, but I should be able to test out the app first to see if I like it enough to buy the premium version. On plus side, I like that there's a setting to select UK English dictionary. UPDATE 25/01/26: Thanks for your response, but this restriction hasn't applied to other games I've trialed.

This app is not Canadian friendly. In Canada, we spell Honor with a U after the O. When I did that I got it wrong. Well it's not wrong! Not wrong at all. Both ways of spelling the word should be equally acceptable!

Not easy to understand what he's saying, would be far better with a female voice, he says further, then I realize he's really saying feather. Ridiculous. At least have someone who can speak clearly.
