At first there was a misunderstanding as to why there was an inactive $5 monthly fee after so many months of no use, so I am very pleased they quickly read my email of concern, and went above and beyond by placing the money back into my account, despite them not being legally obligated to do so with their new terms and agreement. Makes buying weed so much easier. Really simple app to use. The only flaw I have found is once you move money to spendr you can't return it but really not a big deal at all. Huge fan, I recommend it every day at work.

Lists chime as the first bank when you try to link one. Evidently you cannot link with chime at all. I'd have to open an entirely new bank account just to be able to try to use this app. Until then, it literally does not have any function. Like why does it even matter? Why can't I just have it bill a debit card??

After geting my 25 from the app. I can not go in and look at the store locators it always shuts down and exits the app. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM SO EVERYONE CAN BE be ABLE TO USE THEIR MONEY FROM THE APP.... IT LET ME ADD STUFF TO MY ACCOUNT, BUT NOT TO USE THE STORE LOCATOR. HAVE TO USE IT IN ORDER TO KNOW WHAT STORE CAN GO TO EVEN PAY FOR ANYTHING.

Was really excited to use this app for the first time this weekend since my dispensary actually takes it, but you've lost me with plaid integration. Thankfully I haven't linked my bank account yet and don't plan to now. I have no plan on allowing Plaid to monitor and record our bank account activity. When you drop Plaid I'll think about coming back.
