I passed my SPHR today!! I think this app is absolutely worth the money. I had done the 1000 questions, and then those questions again (925 2nd time). I also used the HRCP books/flashcards/questions. I was at 85% in this app and my overall grade in the SPHR was 85%. I strongly advise that you fundamentally understand the concepts as the exam was a lot harder than I was expecting, but it absolutely ensures you KNOW the material, and didn't just memorize it. I studied for about 300+ hours total.

I have the paid version. The app was fine until a week ago when suddenly I continually was unable to take practice exams. I tried logging out and logging back in as a fix, but I forgot my password. When I try password reset, I get stuck in a loop that just states I have a login without sending me an email to actually reset my password.

This does not contain appropriate testing material for the HRCI SHRP exam. Much more appropriate for the PHR exam. Questions mired in legislation & union rules. SPHR is business strategy, not memorization of law. Only good to literally practice taking tests.

Unfortunately, there are some glitches that I've experienced since purchasing this subscription: 1. When an answer is marked Incorrect, the explanation provided and/or the answer provided can sometimes answer/explain a completely different question 2. As a result of this, you will always get these glitchy questions wrong
