Optional Health Connect Integration
Clients can choose to connect Health Connect to automatically import their daily step count and nutrition data, including carbohydrates, protein and fat. This information is displayed within the app, allowing clients to monitor their daily activity and nutrition alongside their fitness programme without manually entering their data. Coaches can use this information to provide more personalised guidance, track progress and help users achieve their health and fitness goals. Health Connect integration is completely optional and is only enabled after the user chooses to connect and grants permission.
