Coffee is AMAZING! However, the app needs to allow a MANUAL input for coffee bean type. Otherwise, if you use a coffee not registered with Spinn, you have to "fake" it to get it in system. The search for beans in the app isn't that good since some roasters and beans don't show up. BUT, once you have some beans in .... step back for a coffee shop experience at home! Pour over is great, the nitro cold brew is a fave too.

I love the concept and machine capabilities. Yet, the design process neglected two critical factors. First, you can only place a regular size coffee mug or smaller for brewing. Many of us like to utilize a travel mug size for brew and go. Secondly, unless you connect to a direct water supply, you will find yourself refilling your water container frequently. Besides, water for brewing, the Spinn machine also self cleans therefore using more water. They do offer a larger sized container @ more $.

Can't use your own coffee beans, if you do you get an annoying notification every time you brew a cup of coffee.

I'm having the same experience as most users, the app doesn't stay connected. Two members of my family both using Android and iOS are unable to stay connected to the spin machine, we have to reconnect every time we try to make a cup of coffee and this is becoming extremely frustrating. I love the functionality of the app I just need you guys to work on the connectivity!

App is decent when it works, lets you customize drinks and reassign buttons. That's all great til the machine just stops working one morning. No coffee, just honks. The cleaning process will not start because 'drip tray removed'. I can remove and re-insert it all day, but the cleaning process will not continue. It throws the same error when the machine is unplugged, so clearly it's an app bug. Unplugging machine multiple times got it working for now🤞

Don't Patronize Spinn coffee maker! It's been 9 months 😪 waiting for my Spinn 2, first batch to be delivered ⁉️ At $924.34 from my purchase on Affirm pay, and I've been constantly trying to get my REFUND ORDER Placed in March and the Spinn coffee maker Company 🙃 is not being transparent, honest and trustworthy in refunding the purchased price I've completed on the Affirm pay App, is just as difficult for me trying to get my REFUND ORDER !! Frustrated with the Spinn Co. Informing:"BBB" ASAP!
