I have used splash since 2011. For the last few yrs when it auto-renews I still lose access to my account until I email support, and they have to fix it. Now my phone app has been jumbled up for the last few months. This is ridiculous. It is getting to not be worth it if I cannot access my data when I need it. I need to look into another password saver to use.

BROKEN!!! It says permissions are required, but there isn't a way to grant what it's asking for, so the app is 100% unusable, and all my data is lost. After nearly a decade of reliable use, you go and do this? And why do you need to suddenly have access to my phone calls and contacts? There is no functionality that I use that has ever needed that. Five weeks later still broken, still unable to access my data and still no response from the company after several emails, support req. & BBB case.

I used to like it and had for few years. Now they are asking me to pay again, but they don't support my old version that I paid for. Funny part that version 8 is not different at all from what I have but yet I have to pay again. Nope, bye Splashed
