If you want to start using this service, note that to get back your money you need to verify your account, a process advertised as taking around 48 hours on their website. On my side, I have now been waiting for 4 months to this day, and have yet to have access to my money. Too bad especially considering the service itself is working just fine, that the most important step is not properly handled.

Unable to get my money transferred from spliiit to my bank account. Identity verification process is taking months already and the helpdesk cannot provide a date nor answer when the verification process will be done.

I faced only troubles with this app. I joined in Spotify subscription - the host canceled it 30 min. later. I reported this activity and Spliiit refunded, which is great! I decided to join in YouTube split - I received only error messages I'm not in the same country as the host. I got confirmation from the subscriber that he also is from Bulgaria, and he invited me few more time, but without any success in joining. I gave up. Wish you best of luck here!
