For the foreign tourists like me the app doesn't work to pay for parking. The error message "Try again" appears when you try to pay. I assume the reason is that the phone data connection is in roaming. In this case the connection comes from a non-Croatian IP address. Developers must check the app from other IPs outside Croatia. The only useful function for me was finding the parking spot.

Don't use it. Scanned the ticket I got, paid my 7kn online, then got to the exit and gave the man the ticket. He then demanded another 7kn, even when I showed him the emailed receipt. Have disputed the app payment, let's see what happens.

"Please try again later" when I try to start parking. I'm in the parking spot, I can't wait for later...

Don't use this!! Specially of you're a tourist. I paid for 2 days in the app and still receive a parking ticket on my rental car. Use the machine is not difficult and avoid problems.
