Spool Scanner: 3D Filament NFC

Scan a Bambu Lab, Creality Hyper or Prusa OpenPrintTag spool with your phone and see what it is: material, color, weight and print temperatures. Give every other spool a cheap NFC sticker and your whole filament stash becomes scannable, searchable and up to date.

Spool Scanner is a filament inventory and datasheet reference for any FDM 3D printer.

SCAN SMART SPOOLS
• Bambu Lab RFID tags: material, color name, weight, diameter, nozzle and bed temperatures
• Prusa OpenPrintTag, the open NFC standard used by Prusament: material, brand, color, weight and temperature ranges, plus serial, manufacture date, density, drying and GTIN
• Creality Hyper-line CFS tags: material family and color, with weight calculated from filament length for Hyper PLA. The spool's two tags link to one entry (standard Creality spools have no tags)
