App doesn't work. Haven't been able to get the app to record anything so far. Freezes immediately after hitting record and says 'error extracting video'. When trying to upload a horizontal recording from my gallery it zooms in on a very random area of the recording, nothing where the motions are happening.

Can't even use the app. It asks for my kids info and then gives me an error "failed to update minors acct. I try and put my info, and it tells me to input my minors' info. WTH? I gave 1 star if I can get into the app that's at least worth 2 stars.

The app does not explain what it does or provide examples before requiring you to enter personal and athlete information. You are asked to choose a subscription plan before seeing the product in action. Although a trial is offered, it only comes after data is submitted and a plan is selected. This lack of transparency raises concerns and does not inspire confidence. Proceed with caution.
