Spotflik Movie Recommendations

★★★★★ Disclaimer: I had initially given this app a 2-star rating. Changing my rating now simply because these guys deserve it for their customer responsiveness. My initial feedback of 2/5 rating was because their recommendation engine was not giving me movies I thought should have come up. They have investigated and reverted with a detailed explanation and shared the mind-maps of the movies which was resulting in some incorrect matches. Now, it is a matter of tweaking the movie parameters and letting their AI engine do the rest. With the kind of responsiveness they have shown, it is a small matter of technology tweaking, I have NO DOUBT they will get it right. This has been the most OUTSTANDING customer responsiveness I have ever seen from any company. I have reinstalled their app and will look forward to their success. Special shout out to Gaurav from the Spotlit team. You earned this resist!

★★★★★ Really nice app. Have been using this to watch movies for a week now. Its UI is very intuitive. Keep on the good work team!!

★★☆☆☆ Every time I press on selection called Me and You, put both funny, the app works for about less than 1 min, then it closes itself no matter what I do, otherwise it's not bad, but it didn't help since we watched most of the movies recommended, and there was alot of them old movies. Or very famous ones which you can't miss an add posted about it everywhere, like deadpool or minions... So was it really helpful for us, I would say no, not at all.

★★☆☆☆ It's now just a spammer. I liked the movie trivia, which it used be just that, but now the game hasn't been updated in months and is just a spammer for notifications. I keep getting notifications about a new trailer for movies I'm not interested in multiple times. I've asked on Instagram if you're going to update the trivia but no response. You've turned a fun game into something that is just obnoxious.
