Spotify for Podcasters

★★★★★ I MUST FIX my past edits of this app never had a problem now I have lost my ads since the update not once but twice because they say I have only so many of them which I understand and other thing is I cannot invite my friend to join the show with me and I do not recommend ever using the app to record your voice or anything use dogie on app or audio Lab pro and then upload it to Anchor, Anchor is really great at editing your track though so if you want to take something out it's great for that 1

★★★★★ *edit* I fixed my "won't record" issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now it just freezes while uploading and is asking for permission when I try to download the audio. My phone doesn't have a "use storage" in the possible permissions for this app. Otherwise, I really like this platform for podcasting, it's generally been accessible and does half the work for me. And editing would be easy, if I used it.

★★★★★ Good app my only problem is that i re recorded my trailer for my podcast Steps Jesus Coffee Time and it hasn't changed on my spotify I don't know why that is thanks everyone

★★☆☆☆ Deleted the app pretty much immediately. In theory, it would have been amazing to use, but the app crashed every couple of minutes, and wouldn't actually add any of the music from Spotify. That, coupled with the hit-or-miss of recording my voice, made me feel like the service is far too unreliable to record any content.

★★☆☆☆ When will it be compatible with newer phones i.e. Samsung S22 Ultra???? Would have been 5 stars as have loved this app. Ever since getting a newer phone - it won't let me access my phones files to import stuff. Keeps saying I need to give it permission. It has the same permissions as my old phone and that still works perfectly. Fix this is make an easy to find guide to fix, and you'll be back at 5 stars

★★☆☆☆ Useless. App opens from site. Many Non-functional tools/features. Got anchor to keep amateur podcast: isn't much, but I like it. Anchor botched RSS transfer 8 times, omitting episodes, adding other's shows, deleted search tags, episode order, had to re-upload. Listenership vanished. Last week's episode: 1 listen. Played on 4 devices by me, listeners quoted/knew the material, only one counted since change to Spotify funk'd even more things up. Embarrassingly pathetic and ruinous, Shitify. Shame!

★★☆☆☆ Update: since the newbupdate android users & creators can not record with other humans. Please fix this then you should be golden.
