The tracker HW itself is perfect: never had even to touch it except for charging. Huge thanks to HW developers. Having this said, the mobile application should be revisited by UX designer and to cover real-life use cases. For example, I don't like when the map is always opened in London by default, thousands km from last tracker position. Also, I still didn't manage to find where to enable "temporarily fast tracking mode" for the case when I really need real-time info about location.

Since the last update, a logo appears at the top of the screen which means I cannot read "last measured on" anymore. Can you fix this?

This app, from my perspective, does not fulfil its purpose. I bought a Smartwatch for my daughter, and she used it during the day. We had a couple of calls during the usage time, which they worked quite ok. The gps location is not very accurate, but somehow, it was expected to have a bit of difference. But in the night, I start receiving several SoS notifications from the watch, which is in the house, while my daughter is sleeping. It's not the first time it has happened.

No auto refresh Why does the app not auto refresh/update the location, you have to manually press the refresh/update to get updated location, the GPS gives a new location every 30 seconds surely the app could be more user-friendly and auto update/refresh the location and give realtime location

Gps is inaccurate, so it cannot be trusted. My daughter is at her friend's house and the app shows that she is in her room half an hour after shw left. Some spotter this is. it's just a one way telephone

Started crashing soon after installation impossible to use. Started getting unidentified errors recently does not do what it is supposed to.
