I love this app. It helped me understand and appreciate my body. Aside from the data it gives you on your body fat %, the lean mass index tells you where you are in terms of being average, athletic, and very muscular. My results were athletic even though I'm obese which was a nice surprise, and it matches a recent functional DNA analysis I had done which said that according to my dna I put on muscle relatively easily. This heped correct my mindset which was very negative towards my efforts.

I'm quite impressed. This app returned a Body Fat % within 0.1% of the (now unavailable) Amazon Halo app (which itself is very accurate). It took me two tries though. I had to select "athlete mode" to get an accurate reading which surprised me (I am former college athlete but definitely not a body builder or "jacked" - but I have very large athletic legs, so maybe that was it. Anyhow, it seems more accurate than more expensive scales, and it's pretty impressive and helpful technology.

App functions well and outputs are interested in content but disappointingly, the results were spurious. Showed a body fat 25% when I know it to be circa 13%. I am very active - fast road cycling and weight training. Also disappointed that the two measures of fitness were running and press-ups. Well I don't run... what about cyclists, swimmers....etc.!

Spent 20 minutes trying to position myself in a way that the AI would recognize to no vail. Even uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that fixed the issue. After this I think I'll just book myself a DEXA scan 😮💨
