Great app but I didn't know ordering weeks in advance was even a feature until this week when my child didn't get their lunch... somehow we had accidentally flicked forward 2 weeks ahead before placing the order. It's actually remarkably easy to accidentally do. Could the developers please add a setting to lock this feature for people who don't want it?

How easy is this app to use. I was having a problem putting money on it for my son, (first time user), spoke with Ivy, she checked it out for me and the bank wouldn't approve transaction cause my card was to expire end of the month, and I had already activated my replacement card so had to use this one. Easy fix thanks to Ivy for being able to tell me why. Gillian (springy parent)

Terrible buggy app, very frustrating to use, doesn't co-operate with autofill functions, so you have to manually type in every (14 digit) password and credit card number. It completely restarts the order process too if you try. Customer service is responsive, but obviously they can't fix the back end. The fees paid are high given the app is buggy.

Useless app Attention Parents : There is no guarantee that food will be provided since orders will not be placed correctly. Even when you get an order confirmation email. When my kid reach to canteen they said no orders places. This happened 3 times by now.so always have a back-up food to kids when you place an order. Really wondering why schools allow this kind of apps and process for orders. Left msg twice in the app and said someone will contact me soon, but it's been 2 working days no re

Warning that this is *completely* separate from the pocket money app. Both require you to add money to a "parental wallet" system in specific increments that allows them to acquire funds at scale while holding your money hostage. You cannot transfer between them, nor withdraw funds from either app. Support tells me this is intentional. And the food ordering is "best effort". My kid orders lunch (with strict dietary restrictions) but regularly the canteen is out of stock when they collect. Wild.
