The app is terrible and so is your new system!!! I have been with Spring bank since they opened their branch in Harlem. After making all these upgrades the app and upgrades are still a mess! Every few weeks the system shuts me out, and I have to call the main branch in order to add a new password to get in my account! I have had 5 new passwords since the switch! Please don't lose your ATM card! I have had subscriptions cancelled waiting for a replacement card which they messed up on!!! Smdh...

I miss the old app!! There's no way to quickly look at your balance without signing in or find an atm anymore. Signing on keeps giving you a message about enabling fingerprinting, which is annoying. Making transfers doesn't allow you to see your balance as you are typing in how much you'd like to transfer, so there's a lot of bouncing back and forth. The old app was much more straightforward and easy to use and I just really dislike when I have to get on this one.
