get this removed for over a year and sprint store and customer service line

Crashes every time I click unsubscribe. Seems like they want you to keep paying and not be able to unsubscribe.

Sprint service is a joke , poor signals , their updates slow the phone down , and their option to block phone number does not block numbers , . It shows to be blocked , but rings a few times anyway
