For some reason it will stop working.It would not track the trip my daughter took.Because it showed she was still at the house when she was gone from the house.I too the tracker out for 30 min then put it back in.Then restarted my phone.Still was not working.But the reps at spy tec did fix the problem and it is working again.

My experience with this app, their products, their staff, heck the whole company have been so wonderfully pleasant. Their product speaks for itself. Their app is perfect never ever had a single problem with it. But their customer service, its by far the absolute best I've ever dealt with, hands down. They did something that I have never had done to me in my 30 years of retail sales and that was they listened, they cared, and they understood. Thank you to this company and all they do. Hats off!!

The new platform is horrible! This app is ridiculous, Customer service is not easy to reach and slow to reply. I have several trackers and Im seriously considering going with a different company if things don't change very soon.

Typical, like all this company's ideas, doesn't work. Cannot even log in sometimes, and when even you can log in the new platform is like an app from 10yrs ago. The old version was terrible and it was 10x better than the new platform. I feel beyond ripped off and I am looking for a new tracker & company now. I will not continue this madness.

Spytec GPS are useless paperweights without subscription and a half decent capable working app. Unfortunately Spytec's broken app and website don't allow users the functionality to do what the GPS is marketed for. Spytec migrated a bunch of accounts from its old platform but failed miserably and won't allow me to log in or register my device. Avoid these GPS trackers, save yourself time and money.
