Hi I've gone ahead with the purchase as I've tested the 'free' version in an emulator and found it good. Navigation and display is pretty well organized on the screen for viewing and editing i've only tried some basic features, seemed pretty feature rich however, there seem to be some permission issues in android M as I'd think you probably won't need root to write in /sdcard or /storage/sdcard I commented in the 'non-pro' version that basic features can't be tested on the phone as I can't open a sqlite file in internal /sdcard storage in the 'non-pro' version requiring purchase of 'pro' version, it could be related to this permission issue on an actual device note that on actual phone/devices the external sdcard is mounted in /storage/XXXX where XXXX is a folder other than /storage/emulated/0 and /sdcard is apparently linked to /storage/emulated/0 (i.e. internal storage) note, this is one of the pretty (perhaps very) well-made sqlite editors comparing several on play store

Mar 2023 : From 5 to 4. Load Apps/ click app and doesn't use root/busy box correctly anymore; just copy database to sdcard and works again. SQLite Editor from Speed software successful with root but doesn't have all features. Previous: Rarely need to use... but when I do, I remember how much sqlite functionality this app provides. Pretty much all db features, I use it for query predominantly. Have also deleted rows. And export to csv. Tried many other apps, none come close in functionality.

Cheater app... It shows it works on root. But never it opens the root folders. It is cheating to us. Do not install it or pay for it...
